About the position
For our new location in Limassol, we are building a premium private clinic with an international patient base and standardized medical programs, which will open in 2026. As an attending physician, you will assume medical responsibility for diagnostics, therapy planning, indication setting, monitoring of complex therapies, and patient safety—embedded in a clearly structured day clinic routine with binding standards, protocols, and SOPs.
The position also offers structured professional development in the fields of medical longevity, biological-functional medicine, and regenerative therapy concepts.

1) Patient care & clinical medicine
• Initial medical assessment including medical history, risk assessment, and medication check (together with the 4D Longevity Coach; including contraindications/interactions)
• Diagnostics and findings, including:
• Laboratory analyses
• Vital signs
• ECG
• Relevant additional examinations
• Creation of individual therapy plans, e.g., for:
• Longevity programs
• Chronic diseases
• Hormonal dysfunctions
• Long and post-COVID
• Metabolic reset

• Conducting and documenting medical consultations (on site, also via video by arrangement)

2) Therapy support & quality assurance (IUNE 4D therapies)
You are responsible for indication, approval, monitoring, reaction management, and follow-up care, including:
• Biospherese® / Apheresis (preparation, monitoring, side effect and reaction management)
• Ozone therapy (indication, dosage, tolerability, documentation)
• Infusion medicine (e.g., micronutrients, glutathione, NAD+ according to clinical standards)
• HBOT – Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (safety check, protocol adjustment, monitoring)
• IHHT, cryotherapy, Papimi, reLounge, rTMS, red light & regeneration therapies
(therapeutic integration, contraindications, combinations)
• Emergency management according to SOP (e.g., syncope, allergic reaction, circulatory problems, unexpected neurovisceral symptoms)
• Accompanying cancer therapy and aftercare (within the scope of defined programs)
3) Medical documentation & compliance
• Complete documentation of all medical measures
(medical history, diagnostics, treatment plans, progress notes, incidents)
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines as well as information and documentation requirements
• Ensuring that only approved medical content is used in patient communication
• Data protection-compliant working methods in accordance with applicable regulations
4) Internal development: SOPs, protocols, and clinic standards
Active participation in:
• Development and refinement of SOPs, therapy protocols, checklists, GO/NO-GO matrices, side effect and reaction management
• Structuring of standardized programs (e.g., 7-/10-day programs, 3–4-week programs)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing/medical assistants, coaches, physiotherapists/osteopaths, and external partners
5) Teamwork & communication
• Participation in regular medical and surgical consultations
• Proactive communication regarding deviations, risks, and patient safety issues
• Collegial work within the medical team, regular exchange also via video meetings
• Collaboration in the evaluation of new therapies and therapy concepts in close consultation with management

Upon successful completion of training and achievement of objectives, there is the opportunity to advance to the position of Longevity Clinic Manager / Medical Lead (Medical Director), including:
• Overall medical responsibility for programs, quality, and patient safety

• Ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined for each shift

2) Duty & shift planning
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of duty rosters and shift models (in accordance with specifications)
• Distribution of tasks and shifts, including break planning and coverage of critical time slots
• Short-term rescheduling in the event of absences, illness, delays, or additional patient volume
• Documentation and tracking of deviations (e.g., absences, shift swaps, overtime according to process)
3) Stabilization of daily operations
• Early detection of bottlenecks in personnel flow and active countermeasures
• Interface between patient workflow (appointments/programs) and staffing
• Support in standardizing workflow and communication routines (checklists, handover formats)
• Escalation of relevant incidents to Clinic Director / Operations

Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in duty and shift planning as well as team coordination, e.g., in:
• Clinic / Day Clinic / MVZ / Private Practice
• Healthcare services, hospitality-related medical setting
• Operations or personnel scheduling
• Confident use of planning tools (calendar/duty roster software, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
• Structured approach to work and understanding of clinical processes and priorities
Personal skills
• Highly organized, reliable, discreet
• Calm and clear communication – even when faced with last-minute changes
• Assertive without being harsh, solution-oriented, team-stabilizing
• Highly service-oriented and professional manner toward international patients (indirectly via process quality)

For our new location in Limassol, we are building a premium private clinic (day clinic) for longevity, regenerative, and biological therapies in 2026. The marketing is internationally oriented, high-quality, and clearly structured. We are looking for a person who will take on web design and digital implementation while also reliably handling operational marketing tasks—closely supervised by the HoM.

Your role
As a Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the implementation of websites, landing pages, and digital assets. You will translate briefings from the Head of Marketing into clean, high-performance pages, implement campaign assets, and ensure that the digital presence remains consistent, fast, and conversion-oriented—without unnecessary complexity.

Your tasks
1) Web design & web implementation
• Implementation and maintenance of websites and landing pages (Design + Build)
• Structured page optimization: performance, responsiveness, UX, conversion elements
• Implementation of forms, tracking basics, and simple automations (e.g., lead forms)
• Image/asset management: cropping, compression, consistent visual language
• Ongoing updates: adding text, adjusting sections, duplicating/varying pages, fixing errors
2) Marketing implementation (support for HoM)
• Creation and adaptation of digital advertising materials (banners, social assets, simple motion/stories based on templates)
• Support with campaign rollouts: landing page + creatives + tracking setup according to checklist
• Maintenance of CRM/email basics (e.g., newsletter layouts, simple sequences, list maintenance according to specifications)
• Support in the content process: preparation of texts, corrections, formatting, publication
3) Quality, standards & reporting
• Compliance with defined brand guidelines, templates, and approval processes
• Clear documentation of changes (versioning, QA checklists)
• Short weekly status updates to the HoM: Implemented items, open issues, blockers
• Coordination of external service providers (e.g., hosting, ads, photo/video) after consultation

• Strong practical experience in web design and web implementation (e.g., WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, or similar)
• Confident in layout, typography, visual language, and conversion basics
• Technical understanding: performance, responsive design, tracking basics (pixels/tags)
• Confident use of common tools (Figma/Adobe or similar)
• Bonus: SEO basics (meta data, structure, internal linking), newsletter/CRM experience

Your tasks
- Conception, planning and implementation of our social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok)
- Creation of high-quality content in collaboration with the design, editorial and video team
- Designing posts, reels, stories and campaigns in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Editorial support and maintenance of our channels including community management
- Evaluation and reporting of social media performance with suitable tools
- Continuous trend and competitor monitoring for the further development of content

What you bring with you
- Sound professional experience in social media management, ideally in the health or lifestyle sector

- Independent, structured way of working and hands-on mentality
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer or similar.
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
